: Location is great. Walk to ruïnes 5 minutes and trainstation 15 minutes. For two nights its ok. : We received phone calls early in the morning ( 6 oclock ) people thought they were talking to the reception. IT happened both mornings several times. The room is very small. Its all basic but ok. Small bed with hard pillows. No safe. Small bathroom.

: Location is perfect. 5min walk to the ruins and that was my goal. : At my arrival i was told that they dont have my room ( water problem they said ) but the place was pretty full so i dont believe that. There was some big group of French. Anyway I was given the worse "room" in the entire place and told they dont have anything else available. Room of the size of closet although i booked double room for a reason. No sound proof at all so you hear everything from everybody. Loud music from some guests. Its presented as a hotel but its more like backpackers hostel with bunch of drunks hanging around the property. Nothing for me but others might be happy.

: Breakfast was good. They'll make eggs for you. Kindly stored luggage for a trip to Macchu Picchu. : Lots of flies which was uncomfortable.

: The location is great, just few blocks away from Train Station and Main Square.... and less than 200m to the archeological area of Ollantaytambo.The "habitación familiar" at second floor is big enough to be shared for three or four guests, it's a great option if you're travelling with friends!Breakfast, as all the times I stayed, was good and the staff was very concerned about my needs! : The wifi connection is really poor, especially at the rooms! And (that's a problem not only at the hotel, but at all the area) when it's rainning or a storm is occuring, you can lost the mobile connection!

: No heater, no cable, no phone lines. Did not want to accept credit cards even though we booked it using a credit card. No communication. Breakfast was ok.
